About This Project

The rooftop extension of two top level apartments in Bondi sought to take advantage of this often wasted rooftop space. These two adventurous clients could see the mutual benefits for both the building and themselves. Through a variety of passive and active environmental systems this addition sought to substantially offset the energy and water requirements of the building with what could be generated and harnessed on site while providing the two couples with much needed extra apartment space.
