Bondi Mixed Use Hub

This development sought the revitalisation of an important junction within Bondi. The proposal sought the addition of a small retail hub to complement the existing vibrant and eclectic mix of shops in addition to two new levels of apartments. The modest scale combined with a through site link which ties the development to the existing adjacent park helps create a vibrant public domain.
