Anglesea Seniors Living

When working with MHNDU this substantial seniors living development was the second stage of a previously completed development in Bondi. Since the stage 1 development the local demographic had slightly changed which saw an increased need for 1 & 2 bedroom apartments. This stage involved the construction of 43 apartments including communal library, lounge areas and outdoor recreation areas. Currently under construction.
